A deposit of $150.00 is required for pet kittens. A 50% deposit of purchase price for breeders.

*I have the right to refuse the sale of any kitten or cat to anyone.

 

*My kittens are socialized from birth. I have the kittens in my main living area from birth so they may see humans and hear our voices constantly. My children also play a large role in their socialization.

I will deliver a sweet, cuddly, loving kitten to your family!

* Kittens will have to be paid in full by 10 weeks of age. unless otherwise discussed.

  Kittens will be shipped between 12 and 18 weeks of age.

  I will not ship a 10 week old kitten as it needs that time with its mother.

  You will need to email or call me and we will go over the next steps of adopting your new family member.

  In the delicate process of interviewing potential owners, I feel it is best to talk person to person, to get to know each person and if they are good candidate for My Lil Munchkins.

   I have a breeder or pet agreement that will need to be signed upon purchase of kitten.

   I will email it to you when you decide to purchase a kitten.
